( Overview )

Assimilate Technologies is a Pune-based enterprise technology firm, founded in 2018 and now around fifty people, building AI and computer vision systems, enterprise platforms and ready-made ERP and HRMS products for clients across India, the GCC and the US. We rebuilt the brand around what the company had become rather than what it started as.

( THE CHALLENGE )

Seven years of growth had left Assimilate describing itself a different way on every channel — IT solutions provider in one place, technology consulting firm in another, DeepTech company in a third. Each is defensible alone. Together they tell an enterprise buyer that nobody inside the company agrees on what it sells. For a firm competing on AI and engineering depth against far larger names, that ambiguity was the thing standing between the work and the win.

( WHAT WE DID )

Positioning first: one definition of the company that held AI and computer vision, enterprise platforms and the packaged products together without flattening them into "IT services." Then a full identity —logotype, mark, type system, colour, iconography, motion — built to work in a sales deck, a product interface and a government tender, which are three very different rooms. Documented as a system so a fifty-person team could apply it without a designer in the loop.Positioning first: one definition of the company that held AI and computer vision, enterprise platforms and the packaged products together without flattening them into "IT services."
