Garnet Security is an AI-powered converged identity platform — IAM, PAM, IGA, secrets and threat detection in one system, covering human, machine, AI and external identities. Eleven products, four platform variants, and buyers spanning banking, healthcare, manufacturing and government. We built the brand that holds all of it together.
Garnet sells a cure for fragmentation: disconnected identity tools creating blind spots and inconsistent control. But a portfolio of eleven products risks demonstrating the problem rather than the solution. The brand had to do what the platform promises — make many parts read as one — while speaking to a CISO in a bank, a plant manager and a government procurement officer without changing voice between them.
Positioning first: converged identity as the category claim, fragmentation as the named enemy. Then a messaging architecture with one line per product family, each written against the buyer's actual priority rather than the feature list — platform unification for the fabric, standing privilege for PAM, time-to-detect for threat intelligence. Then the identity system itself, built to hold across a datasheet, a product interface and a conference stand.
